1. DATA CONTROLLER

The data controller is the entity with which the data subject has a contractual relationship as a client of that company.

However, for the purposes of this website, the parent company of the TRANSPORTES J. CARBÓ, S.L. group and all companies in the group will be the data controllers for your personal data. The companies in GRUPO COLLBATALLÉ are listed above.

2. PURPOSES, LEGITIMACY AND RETENTION OF DATA SUBMITTED IN THE

JOB APPLICATION FORM:

Purposes: to receive your curriculum vitae and personal and academic details for participation in present and future staff recruitment processes based on your professional interests and suitability for vacant positions.

Legitimacy: the user’s consent when sending their personal data and CV for participation in our recruitment processes.

Retention: your data may be stored for up to one year for use in future recruitment processes.

SENDING OF EMAILS:

Purpose: to fulfill requests for information and to respond to questions and queries. If you send your curriculum vitae, your personal and academic details may be included in our databases for use in present and future staff recruitment processes.

Legitimacy: the user’s consent when requesting information by email and sending their data and CV for participation in recruitment processes.

Retention: until such time as we have replied to your email, provided further processing is not required. When you send your CV, your data may be stored for up to one year for use in future recruitment processes.

SUBSCRIPTION TO OUR NEWSLETTER:

Purpose: to send commercial information about our activities and services by electronic means.

Legitimacy: the user’s consent when they subscribe to the newsletter by entering their personal details in our subscription form.

Retention: until the user cancels the subscription or is no longer a customer of the company.

Obligation to provide us with your personal data and the consequences of not doing so.

Data subjects must be at least 16 years of age to provide their personal data or, where applicable, of the minimum age laid down in the relevant data protection regulation and/or have sufficient legal capacity to contract.

The personal data we request are needed to fulfil your requests, register you as a user and/or provide the services you contract. Therefore, if you do not provide this information, we cannot attend to you properly or provide the service you requested.

In any event, we reserve the right to decide whether your personal data and other details will be included in our databases.
